Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 60 days of delivery. Exchanges or returns can be made by emailing us at support@vivid-melbourne.com.

Return Period

You may return your purchase within 60 days of delivery without providing a reason. Please ensure the return package is sent back to us within this 60-day period.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

  • If you would like a different item, you may return your order for a refund or choose store credit with an extra bonus.

Refund Options

  • Store Credit: Receive your refund faster with an additional 15% bonus. Processed within 1–2 business days after we receive your return.

  • Full Refund: Refunds to your original payment method typically take 3–5 business days after your return has been processed.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, our team will contact you to discuss an alternative. Shipping for the replacement item is free.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? Please contact us immediately at support@vivid-melbourne.com for assistance.

Exclusions

  • Items returned after the 60-day return window.

  • Worn or damaged items not reported to our customer service.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: we don't cover import duties or customs fees on exchanges back to our international warehouses in Canada, China or Italy due to customs fees. Be sure to keep a shipping receipt with tracking info until your return has been processed.

Return Processing

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Once received at our central warehouse, your return will be processed within 8 business days. Please note it can take up to 5 days for your refund to appear in your bank account.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, cancellations or changes cannot be made after 8 hours. Our fulfillment process begins quickly to ensure fast delivery.
